What will you be doing as Senior Sales Support?Based in the office, you will be providing sales support to a field based manager and assisting key accounts across the UK. Duties will include: Providing day to day support to a field based manager including diary co-ordination and managing their email inboxWorking closely with high profile customersQuoting customers, advising stock levels, giving product advice, and suggesting products ideasDealing with inbound calls and outbound calls to existing customersLiaising directly with suppliers in the UK and overseas to gain pricing informationLiaising with customers and other internal departments regarding any issues with customer ordersReviewing and updating customers websites to include the product rangeAnalysing spreadsheets, to monitor ..... full job details .....
