Senior Sales Negotiator/ Valuer Location: Newbury Salary: up to £30,000 (DOE) OTE: £50,000+ Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer to join a successful and well-established independent, multi-branch estate agency in the Newbury area. This is an ideal role for a confident Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer who enjoys building relationships, negotiating sales, listing properties and delivering outstanding customer service. As a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer, you will manage buyers and vendors throughout the entire sales journey, from initial enquiry through to completion. Working as part of a supportive and successful team and business, the Senior Sales Negotiator/ Valuer will play a key role in listing properties, securing offers, progressing sales and helping to drive the continued success of the branch. The Role Register and qualify buyers Arrange and conduct property viewings Carry out market appraisals Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors Progress agreed sales through to completion Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors and solicitors Generate new business opportunities and follow up enquiries Keep the CRM system accurate and up to date Work closely with the wider sales team to achieve branch targets The Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator/ Valuer within residential estate agency Excellent communication and ..... full job details .....
