This position is suited to an experienced Estate Agent who is articulate, confident, and well presented, with a proven track record within the estate agency sector. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, target driven, and results focused, with a self-motivated attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Valuing residential properties and advising clients on pricing strategies. Marketing properties and arranging viewings. Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales. Managing the sales process from offer acceptance through to completion. Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and mortgage advisers. Providing expert advice on local property market trends and conditions.
