The Role As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will: Register prospective buyers and match them with suitable properties Arrange and conduct property viewings Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors Proactively generate new business opportunities Book market appraisals and valuation opportunities for the valuers Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with buyers and vendors Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Contribute to the continued growth and success of the branch Senior Sales Negotiator requirements: Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent or within a target-driven sales environment Proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Confident and ..... full job details .....
