I am working on behalf of a leading house builder in Hertfordshire that is looking for a confident and driven individual to lead a dual-manned development, taking full responsibility for its success from the first release through to the final handover. Key Responsibilities: Lead the sales operation on a dual-manned development, acting as the face of the site throughout its lifecycle. Manage the development from launch through to completion, driving sales performance and maintaining momentum at every stage. Guide prospective buyers through the entire home-buying journey, from initial enquiry to legal completion and handover. Conduct both in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the quality and lifestyle of the development. Build strong relationships with purchasers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and the wider internal team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
