Senior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency)

Our client are a well established multi office independent Estate Agents and are now looking to recruit an experienced-Senior Sales Negotiator-for their Branch in Chelmsford.

The role:

-Generate market appraisals, developing new business enquiries

-Converting appraisals into sales instructions

-Maintain strong relationships between vendors and purchasers

-Maintain all relevant feedback to all parties

-Arrange and attend viewings

-Negotiate offers

-Prepare marketing

-Contribute to general running of the Sales Department

Skills, Knowledge and experience required:

• Previous experience in Estate agency is essential
• Highly organised with strong communication skills
• Professional with exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and working under pressure to meet deadlines
• Sales and strong negotiation skills
• A team player with experience of working within an Estate Agency
• Willingness to tackle a variety of tasks with enthusiasm
• Ability to use own initiative and be flexible in any given task
• Strong pc skills and numerate

Salary

-25,000 - -27,000 depending on experience

OTE -45,000
