Senior Sales Manager

Basic neg to £55,000OTE Further £20,000 (uncapped) Our client is a whole of market mortgage broker who have built a reputation for delivering quality advice and service.Presently they are seeking to appoint a senior sales manager to lead their life and protection team within their Southampton office.Please note this is a full-time office-based position.The successful candidate will work with fifteen direct reports, soem of whom are office based other remote. The team are a mix of experienced long tenure individuals and others who are in the first couple of years within their employment with the client.Each will require the support, development, and performance management skills of an experienced leader to maximise their own potential and support the delivery of the companies'' objectives.The person we are seeking will have extensive sales management experience within an advicebased protection background. As all business is transacted over the phone or virtual so you will also need to have experience of working within this environment.Skills and ExperienceIdeally you will have a minimum of 2 years sales management experience within an outbound, advice-based protection role working with a variety of lead sources, ideally refareal frrm mortggae adivsors.
