Senior Sales Manager

Love the managing the sales process fully, the strategy and the moment a complex, long-winded deal comes together?

This is Senior Sales Manager role with plenty to get your teeth into. You''ll build new customer relationships, grow established accounts and develop sales partners across international markets, selling industrial equipment that calls for a thoughtful, consultative approach.

You''ll own the sales plan for your territory and take opportunities from first conversation to signed order. That means getting out to meet customers, understanding the challenges in their operations, shaping tailored solutions and putting forward proposals that stand up commercially and technically. You''ll negotiate terms, keep momentum through a long sales cycle and know when to bring colleagues into the conversation to help win the deal.

You''ll also play a major part in making the sales partner network more effective. Expect regular partner meetings, joint customer visits, product training and strategies built around specific bids. Alongside the selling, you''ll track your pipeline and forecasts, watch what''s happening in the market and feed customer insights back into the business.

This could be your move if you:

• Have proven and solid experience winning B2B sales, ideally in industrial equipment or technical solutions
• Enjoy opening doors as much as developing long-term customer relationships
• Can turn complicated requirements into a clear, persuasive commercial proposal
• Know how to support sales partners and help them win
• Are comfortable presenting, negotiating and managing multiple opportunities at once
• Knowledge of export markets and happy to travel extensively, sometimes at short notice

Knowledge of bulk handling equipment would be extremely beneficial.
