Senior Sales Executive

Roughly 60% of this programme is shared ownership alongside London affordable rent, social rent and a small number of outright sale homes. Based in our Development and Sales Team, you will report directly to the Development, Sales and Major Projects Director and line manage a Sales Executive. You will drive the marketing and sale of home ownership properties, maximise financial returns and ensure prompt sales in accordance with legislation, regulatory guidelines and Hexagon''s policies and procedures.
