EMEA New Business Development team is focused on maximizing profitable company sales revenue through new business from mainly new logos and existing accounts within EMEA.

Responsibilities
The Senior Sales Executive, within the EMEA Automotive Sales Original Equipment Suppliers (OES) team, will execute against sales goals, including accurate forecasting and revenue attainment. This includes qualifying and disqualifying new business opportunities, identifying customer needs, delivering executive dialogue, presenting solutions to new customers, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, closing business timely, and understanding SandP Global Mobility value proposition.
Own a specific set of named accounts (mainly automotive suppliers) within the EMEA Automotive sales region and be responsible for:
Driving revenue growth across SandP Global Mobility to meet or exceed expectations, including identifying revenue drivers and metrics focused on market expansion and penetration.
Building a strong network with key decision makers within customers’ organizations to expand relationships and create new opportunities for sales of products, services, and consulting engagements.
Monitoring performance-to-plan and adjusting direction, focus, and sales initiatives as needed to penetrate the market.
Creating and managing the sales pipeline of new opportunities in Salesforce, generating leads from discovery calls and following inbound leads from marketing and events.
Providing monthly forecasts with -95% accuracy based on opportunities in Salesforce to create visibility on revenue trends and actions.
Understanding the product sales cycle and competitive strategies to inform sales approaches.
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 5 years of sales experience selling complex enterprise solutions to customers (mainly automotive suppliers) in the automotive industry.
Proven success in negotiating and closing large, complex sales while building strong client relationships.
Ability to uncover needs and the buying process at private and multinational companies.
Skilled in consultative and value-selling methodologies with a deep understanding of client needs, challenges, and goals.
Experience developing and implementing revenue-growth strategies that leverage partnerships and adaptable approaches to compete in diverse markets.
