Senior Sales Development Representative - Cyber Security

We’re hiring our first Strategic SDR, but this isn’t your typical sales development role!At RiverSafe, we believe long-term relationships outperform short-term wins. That’s why we’re looking for someone who thrives on starting meaningful conversations, nurturing commercial relationships and playing a key role in the communities we’re building.This is a hybrid role: part SDR, part community-builder. You’ll bring people into our ecosystem through events, roundtables, and content and be a vital connector between marketing and sales.Responsibilities
Research and identify high-potential accounts and contacts using 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot and SalesforceCraft tailored outreach sequences via email, phone and LinkedIn that focus on connection, not just conversionSpot buying signals and track engagement across channelsCreate content and build a personal brand that helps technical and strategic buyers see you as a trusted voice in Cyber SecurityBuild and maintain a warm pipeline of prospects at different readiness stagesSkills
Prior SDR or community-building experienceWarm, curious and commercially minded – driven to connect with people and turn interest into opportunityA natural relationship builder – you enjoy getting to know people and adding value over timeConfident and proactive – you know how to introduce yourself and start conversations, online or in personSkilled in modern outbound tactics – cold calling, email writing, social sellingExperience in Cyber Security or Application Security is desirable (but not essential)Seniority level
