They take a professional, consultative approach to sales with the emphasis very much on customer experience at every stage. This is a young business who have built solid foundations and are now looking for the right person to take ownership of sales with a huge opportunity to support the owners in driving the next phase of growth. The Role: You will be responsible for the ownership of converting enquiries into sales, managing the full journey from initial enquiry through to close and a clear internal handover to operations, ensuring full alignment on the system sold, customer expectations and any commitments made. Working directly with the founders of the business, you will play a key role in driving revenue and shaping how the sales function develops as the business grows.
