Our client are a growing solar and battery installation company focused-very much on delivering quality systems, honest advice and strong aftercare.- They take a professional, consultative approach to sales with the emphasis very much on customer experience at every stage.

This is a young business who have built solid foundations and are now looking for the right person to take ownership of sales with a huge opportunity to support the owners in driving the next phase of growth.

The Role:
You will be responsible for the ownership of converting enquiries into sales, managing the full journey from initial enquiry through to close and a clear internal handover to operations, ensuring full alignment on the system sold, customer expectations and any commitments made.

Working directly with the founders of the business, you will play a key role in driving revenue and shaping how the sales function develops as the business grows.

This is a high-ownership role very much focused-on delivering results and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

• Run consultations with homeowners and site surveys (training provided)
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right solution
• Highly organised
• Present and close deals professionally
• Manage your diary and pipeline effectively
• Maintain strong close rates and margin discipline
• Contribute to improving the sales process over time

Experience required:

• 3+ years experience in a closing sales role
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• Confident running the full sales process independently
• Strong communication skills and professional presence
• Commercially aware, understands value and margin
• Comfortable contributing to video/content as part of the role

Experience in solar or energy would be advantageous but not essential
