Senior Sales AssociatePremium Womenswear BrandDepartment Store, Tunbridge Wells 26,000 + CommissionThe OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Associate to take ownership of our premium womenswear concession within a luxury department store, Tunbridge Wells.This is a highly autonomous role suited to a confident retail professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, driving sales performance, and managing all aspects of a standalone concession. You will be the sole representative of the brand on-site, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while overseeing stock management, visual merchandising, administration, and commercial performance.Working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, plus two Saturdays per month.Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Customer ExperienceDeliver exceptional customer service and personalised styling advice.Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPI objectives.Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.Develop and manage a customer database to drive repeat business and client engagement.Promote new collections, events, and seasonal launches to customers.Commercial and Operational ManagementTake full ownership of the concession''s day-to-day operation.Maintain and update the daily turnover tracker and other required reporting.Monitor stock levels and ensure the department is fully replenished and commercially optimised.Protect and safeguard stock through effective stock ..... full job details .....
