Senior Sales Associate - Estate Agency

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced-Senior Associate-to join a successful estate agency. This is an ideal role for someone with a proven background in residential sales and lettings who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and relationship building.
• Conduct property valuations and convert appraisals into instructions.
• Negotiate offers and manage sales and lettings through to completion.
• Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional property-related services.
• Carry out property viewings and match buyers to suitable properties.
• Keep up to date with local market trends and relevant legislation.
• Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to team targets.

About You

• Minimum of-2 years'' estate agency experience.
• Strong valuation, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of the residential property market and sales process.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Experience with estate agency CRM systems is advantageous.
