OverviewSenior Sales Ambassador at Newbie Guildford – part of the Kappahl Group. Located at The Friary Shopping Centre, Guildford. Permanent role, 24 hours per week, starting immediately.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a social and outgoing manner, building relationships and providing a high-quality shopping experience.

Deliver excellent sales and service to ensure customers have the best possible experience.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive team environment.

Maintain store aesthetics and high standards throughout the store, storefronts, and garments.

Take initiative, act responsibly, and contribute to smooth store operations.

Provide leadership when needed to support store operations and guest experience.

Understand and monitor KPIs relevant to store performance.

Previous experience in retail is required.

Must be aged 18 or older.
