Senior Sales Administration Assistant

Our client is a globally operating organisation specialising in advanced technical solutions for professional training environments. They are now seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Sales Administration Assistant to join their established sales team.

The Role

This position plays a critical role in supporting the sales function, ensuring the efficient coordination of licensing, shipping, contracts, and customer administration. You will act as a key point of support across multiple operational processes, helping to maintain high service standards and smooth order delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage licensing requirements, including applications and ongoing follow-ups
  • Coordinate shipping processes and prepare all required documentation
  • Oversee sales contracts, including handling L/Cs, COOs, and COCs
  • Manage invoicing processes and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Administer commission payments
  • Prepare and issue customer quotations, including freight cost calculations
  • Conduct structured follow-ups on quotations
  • Convert quotations into purchase orders within the internal system
  • Issue purchase order acknowledgements
  • Provide second-line customer support and respond to enquiries
  • Support the wider sales and marketing function
  • Undertake additional administrative duties as required

About You

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload
  • Strong time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
  • Intermediate level English language and literacy skills
  • Previous experience in a sales support, administration, or marketing role
