Senior Safety Engineer

We are unable to help with any visa sponsorship including PSW Our client, a leading provider of engineering solutions in the energy sector, is currently seeking a Senior Safety Engineer to join their team in Basingstoke.Key Responsibilities:Producing project safety and environmental deliverables, including HSE Plans, HSE Philosophy, and waste management plansAttending safety workshops such as HAZID, ENVID, HAZOP, and SILManaging and signing off safety actionsLiaising with clients and external stakeholdersActing as Project Discipline Lead for projects, ensuring timely issuance of deliverablesProviding technical support on HSE matters to other disciplinesConducting technical reviews of contractor documentationJob Requirements:Experience working on energy projects, including oil and gas design projectsAbility to work independently and as part of a team to produce high-quality deliverables on scheduleKnowledge of UK regulations and standardsExperience working to IFC and World Bank standardsSignificant experience in safety and environmental engineeringStrong HSE knowledge and ability to prepare high-quality HSE documentationAbility to critically review the work of othersExperience with site surveys and stakeholder engagementProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience with multinational FEED projectsHighly collaborative team player, willing to develop and share skillsQualifications:Relevant degree or equivalent experienceLocation:Basingstoke, UKBenefits:Competitive ..... full job details .....
