Provide high levels of customer services. Understanding site plans, to allow installs to take part based on site survey documentation. Reactive call outs to site, with an aim to provide a first-time fix. Provide on-site technical support and solutions to customers during both reactive and planned visits. Complete documentation in line with company standards. Work within strict HandS guidelines. Advise customers on the latest products and services to improve efficiency.
