Our client is an established, highly regarded firm of chartered surveyors, land agents and valuers with a strong Midlands presence and a loyal client base. They are looking for a Senior Rural Surveyor to join their Rural team in Atherstone and Ashby. The role You''ll advise a mix of clients, from farmers and private landowners to buyers, developers and investors, and help them get the most from their land and property. You''ll have support from experienced Partners and surveyors, and you''ll be trusted to run your own caseload, use your initiative, and help shape the team''s work. Your day-to-day could include: Property agency: take-ons, marketing, negotiations and sales progression RICS Red Book valuations across a range of rural property types Rural Payments Agency work, including BPS, CSS and other grant applications Land management, including FBTs, Grazing Licences, GK agreements and contract farming Planning applications Development, option and promotion agreements Farm dispersal, ..... full job details .....
