An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Rural Surveyor to join its Rural Consultancy team, with flexibility to be based in Perth and/or Edinburgh. The position can be shaped around the experience and specialism of the successful individual. My client is particularly interested in candidates with rural valuation expertise, although professionals seeking a broader role encompassing Landlord and Tenant, access and rights, valuation and general rural consultancy will also be considered. The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base across Scotland, combining technical rural property expertise with strong commercial judgement and client relationship skills. The Role Responsibilities may include: Undertaking Red Book valuations across rural and prime property assets. Providing valuations for taxation, trusts, secured lending, financial reporting and expert witness purposes. Advising private clients on access, rights and related rural property matters. Providing strategic advice to agricultural landlords and tenants. Advising on rent reviews, tenancy relinquishments and assignments.
