The Role As a Senior Rural Surveyor, you will: Deliver a wide range of rural professional services to a diverse client base Undertake RICS Red Book valuations and property appraisals Manage agricultural, commercial, and residential property and estate portfolios Provide advice on landlord and tenant matters, compensation claims, servitudes, and wayleaves Advising on renewable energy projects (wind, hydro, solar, battery storage) Support strategic land management advice for private and public sector clients Contribute to estate management activities across rural holdings Identify and develop new business opportunities with both new and existing clients Work across natural capital, forestry, and sporting interests where required Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality consultancy ..... full job details .....
