Senior Rotational Clinical PharmacistRoyal Berkshire Pharmacy department is passionate about developing an excellent clinical pharmacy service and is looking for enthusiastic, innovative and self-motivated pharmacists to join our team. Working in Royal Berkshire Pharmacy department, you will be given the opportunity to rotate across various specialties, spending enough time to engage with the multidisciplinary clinical team and make a difference.
Responsibilities
As a band 7 rotational clinical pharmacist, you will be part of the pharmacy clinical ward team to help deliver a high quality specialist service to our patients and the MDT. We will support in developing your leadership and mentoring skills with an opportunity to line manage pharmacists. Each post has an extended rotation of 1 year with management and project opportunities, including Gastro / Renal, ICU, Admissions, Pediatrics, Surgery, Care of Elderly, Education and Training and Virtual Hospital.

Job responsibilities
The Pharmacist is responsible for professional aspects of the day-to-day pharmaceutical service provided by the Trust. To work closely with other members of the pharmacy team to provide a clinical pharmacy service to wards and to assist in developing pharmaceutical services. The post holder is also responsible for training and education of other colleagues in and outside of the department and will be supported in conducting audits and/or quality improvement projects.
