What We''re Looking For:Proven experience in leading risk strategy on complex programmes, ideally within energy, infrastructure, or other safety-critical sectors.Strong capability in qualitative and quantitative risk assessment, including schedule and cost risk analysis.Track record of engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing risk culture across large organisations.Confidence in facilitating workshops and delivering clear, actionable insights to project leadership.

The Role:

As a Senior Risk Manager, you will help define and embed risk management frameworks, lead high-impact workshops, and provide expert guidance on mitigation strategies. You''ll be directly supporting the delivery of nationally critical, low-carbon energy infrastructure - projects with real long-term impact.
