Senior HR Risk and Compliance Manager
Location: Liverpool Street, London, Hybrid role14-Month Contract£370–£420 per day (PAYE)40 hrs/week

What You’ll Do
* Lead global pay equity and HR compliance projects, collaborating with legal, HR, data, and business teams.* Interpret and translate regulatory requirements into actionable processes and system improvements.* Manage project timelines, identify risks, and lead remediation efforts where needed.* Analyse and validate large data sets to support audits, reports, and litigation support.* Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.* Champion continuous improvement by driving automation and standardisation across processes.
About You
* Strong background in HR compliance, employment law, audit or risk management.* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Master’s or PMP certification a plus).* Experience with global HR or compensation programs and statutory reporting.* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).* Analytical mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with global impact.
