Senior Risk and Compliance Lawyer (4+ PQE)London Flexible and Agile Working Full or Part-Time ConsideredA highly regarded London law firm is seeking a Senior Risk and Compliance Lawyer to join its established Risk and Information Security team.This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor, barrister or equivalent qualified lawyer with at least 4 years'' PQE who is looking to develop a broad risk and compliance career within a sophisticated and collegiate law firm environment.Working closely with senior stakeholders, including the Risk and Compliance Director, General Counsel/COLP and Partners across the firm, you will play a key role in supporting regulatory compliance, client onboarding, conflicts management and firm-wide risk initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvising on conflicts of interest, confidentiality and regulatory issues arising from new matter intake and client onboarding.Reviewing and analysing Outside Counsel Guidelines and supporting compliance through Intapp Open.Assisting with complaints handling, including liaison with the Legal Ombudsman, SRA and other stakeholders where required.Providing guidance on SRA Code of Conduct obligations, professional standards and firm engagement terms.Conducting rolling internal file reviews to ensure adherence to firm policies and best practice.Supporting document requests from clients, regulators and third parties.Drafting and updating internal policies and procedures across a range of risk and governance ..... full job details .....
