The Senior RF Electronics Engineer should possess: A minimum of a 2.1 BEng/MEng in Electronic Engineering or relevant subject. Several years’ post-graduate RF based circuit design experience, ideally some within a defence related environment. Good Analogue, Microwave and RF design and simulation experience. Developing products from conception through to manufacture. Experience with radar systems, surveillance and/or sensors highly beneficial. Strong leadership skills plus customer facing experience. Exposure to open architecture standards such as OpenCPI, STICS or SOSA highly beneficial.
