The company fosters a collaborative, inclusive environment where employees can grow, make an impact, and be rewarded for their contributions.What You''ll DoProvide expert remuneration support to senior leaders across Landamp;G Institutional Retirement, addressing complex pay-related issues and requests.Develop and implement reward strategies designed to incentivise, recognise and retain employees.Partner with the Divisional HR Director and key stakeholders to align reward programmes with business objectives and organisational requirements.Support HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition with market benchmarking, pay recommendations, new-hire packages, offer construction, buy-outs and remuneration proposals.Manage the division''s annual reward cycle, including base-pay reviews, annual bonus determinations and long-term incentive awards.Coordinate with business heads and HR stakeholders to implement and communicate reward outcomes, informed by benchmarking analysis, business performance and Group constraints.Ensure compliance with remuneration policies and regulatory requirements, including managing the Divisional Reward Steering Committee, preparing compliance reports and overseeing ..... full job details .....
