Senior Revit M&E Coordinator

Location: Remote / Hampshire
Hours: 45 per week
Contract: 3 months initially, strong potential to extend

A respected consultancy is urgently seeking a Senior Revit MEP Coordinator to join their team on an initial 3-month contract. The first project will be a refurbishment of a restaurant, with further work available beyond that.

This client cover numerous major schemes and project types, which you would be moved onto after completion of the first scheme.

They are looking for someone who can start next week, with interviews taking place from 2pm tomorrow. CVs submitted today will be reviewed immediately.

Key Details:

• Immediate requirement to support Stage 5 coordination

• Revit model already in place - coordination needs to begin now

• Remote work is available, but candidates open to working from their Hampshire are likely to be retained longer term

• Candidates must have their own PC. The company is checking internally on license provision

• 45 hours per week

• Rate: -30 per hour, outside IR35
