You will play a vital role in supporting both internal teams and external clients, ensuring a high-quality, efficient service is consistently delivered.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, deliver, and maintain training programmes for new and existing team membersMentor and upskill colleagues, supporting ongoing technical developmentMonitor, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive service improvementsManage operational schedules and key annual timetables to ensure deadlines are metAct as a subject matter expert for stakeholders and clientsHandle complex casework from investigation through to resolutionProvide specialist technical support on escalated casesEnsure financial accuracy, compliance, and strong internal controlsReview and improve internal processes and proceduresManage complex legal cases, liaising with solicitors and preparing documentationMaintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and regulatory changesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and personal ..... full job details .....
