This is a high-impact role for a detail-oriented professional in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.Key Responsibilities

Billing and E-Billing

Prepare and finalize client invoices in line with firm policies, VAT rules, and Solicitors Accounts Rules.Lead onboarding across client billing platforms and ensure seamless e-billing submissions.Review time entries and disbursements for compliance, liaising with attorneys and clients to resolve issues.Generate monthly billing reports, incorporate attorney feedback, and oversee invoice approvals.Establish and maintain e-billing protocols for key clients to minimize rejections and delays.Train attorneys and staff on e-billing systems to improve accuracy and turnaround.Manage financial adjustments including transfers, write-offs, and narrative edits.Act as primary client contact for all e-billing queries and payment follow-ups.Collections

Partner with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing issues impacting payment.Monitor credit levels and follow up on outstanding invoices with clients and fee earners.Ensure timely delivery of invoices and statements to clients.About You

Experience and Skills

Revenue experience in a law firm.Strong grasp of billing practices and e-billing systems (Aderant Expert preferred).Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.Ability to manage competing deadlines in a high-volume environment.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team where precision, initiative, and client service are valued.
