Senior Retail Security and Loss Prevention Officer

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Retail Security and Loss Prevention Officer to join our team in Coventry. This role is ideally suited to individuals who have a proven background in retail security, loss prevention, and shrinkage reduction within busy retail environments. We are looking for confident professionals who can combine exceptional customer service with proactive theft prevention and store protection. Please note that applications will only be considered from candidates who have a minimum of 2 years'' retail security experience. Location: Coventry Pay Rate: £15.50 - £16.25 per hour (dependent on experience) Hours: Various Shift Pattern: Various SIA SG or DS License is Essential. Your Time at Work As a Senior Retail Security and Loss Prevention Officer, you will: - Act as a highly visible security presence to protect colleagues, customers, stock, and company assets - Proactively identify and prevent theft, fraud, and stock loss - Support the delivery of store loss prevention strategies and contribute to shrinkage reduction - Monitor and respond appropriately to suspicious activity and security incidents - Conduct investigations and gather relevant information relating to theft and loss prevention incidents - Produce accurate and detailed incident reports using digital reporting systems - Build positive working relationships with store management and retail teams - Ensure all site security procedures and client requirements are followed at ..... full job details .....
