The role exists to bring deeper technical ownership, stronger architectural governance and greater operational resilience across restaurant technology in the UK, France, Spain and Germany. This is not a traditional people leadership role. Instead, we''re looking for someone with strong technical credibility who enjoys solving complex problems, challenging assumptions, improving standards and ensuring technology solutions are fit for purpose in a live restaurant environment.
