• Lead a multi-faceted venue with high service standards across food, beverage, and live music
• Motivate and manage a passionate, professional team
• Ensure commercial success through strong cost controls, planning, and guest engagement
• Drive forward the venueandrsquo;s status as one of Londonandrsquo;s top destinations for live music and premium dining
• Be visible and present during peak hours, particularly evenings and weekends!

• Demonstrated success in senior leadership roles within high-volume restaurant environments
• In-depth knowledge of front-of-house operations and service excellence

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including regular late-night closes
