Job Title: Senior Resource Manager Location: Shoreditch (Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite) Duration: 12 months contract initially Rate: £84.9k per annum + paid holidays + pension or £443 per day Inside IR35 The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced professional with deep expertise in resource management, consulting operations and contingent workforce management within a Professional Services environment. As a recognised authority and key contributor, this role within our Resource Management Office (RMO) requires sound judgement, strong commercial acumen and a comprehensive understanding of staffing processes, including industry-aligned skills matching, contractor negotiations, scope development, purchase requisition management and relevant employment law considerations. This position collaborates closely with global delivery teams, including nearshore and offshore resources, partners, customer-facing executives and delivery leadership, to achieve revenue targets, optimise labour utilisation and ensure staffing excellence across the portfolio.
