Role DescriptionThe technician will be responsible for creating and managing detailed working drawings for residential projects, collaborating with the design team, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and coordinating with clients and consultants to deliver accurate and timely design packages. Must live within 50 miles of our Southampton offices. No applications will be considered outside this 50 mile radius.

Qualifications

Proficiency in creating detailed working drawings and technical documentation

Experience with residential design and development projects

Knowledge of building regulations and compliance requirements

Strong collaboration and communication skills with other team members, clients, and consultants

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD and Revit

Bachelor''s degree in architecture, architectural technology, or a related field

Professional certification or accreditation is a plus
