Senior Residential Support Worker | Merthyr Tydfil | Full Time | Salary circa £35,000 (inclusive) + Paid Overtime + Pension + Gym Membership

What will your role look like?
- Organising and managing shifts to ensure the safety of children, young people, and staff
- Developing, reviewing, and implementing individual care and pathway plans
- Attending and contributing to meetings such as CLA reviews, education planning and discussions with social workers
- Building positive relationships with young people’s families
- Providing day-to-day care, including meal preparation, supervision, laundry, cleaning, and social activities
- Maintaining accurate records and reports for key young people
- Mentoring new staff and promoting the ethos of the home
- Acting as a positive role model at all times
What can you expect in return?
- Competitive salary circa £35,000 (inclusive)
- Paid overtime at 125% of the contracted hourly rate
- Overtime bonus of £100 for every 50 hours completed
- £50 per night sleep allowance when required
- 224 hours annual leave (28 days)

Are you the right person for the job?
You will hold QCF Level 3 Children and Young People and have experience working in a children’s residential setting. A full UK driver’s licence is required.
