Senior Residential Support Worker - Ofsted Registered Children''s Residential Home Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker Pay: 15.90- 19.87 per hour Location: Eastbourne Working Pattern: Day or Night Shifts Available About The Role: In this role you will help young people become more independent and grow personally through various enjoyable activities within a safe environment. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a therapeutic, nurturing and structured environment where young people feel understood, supported and cared for within a Ofsted Registered Children''s Home in Eastbourne, which is rated "Good". You will work closely with Team Leaders and management to create a stable, nurturing and structured environment where young people feel safe, understood and supported to achieve positive outcomes. The home is a specialist residential children''s home supporting up to 4 young people aged 13 to 17 with learning disabilities and a range of complex and additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, epilepsy, global developmental delay, sensory processing difficulties, communication difficulties, PICA and behaviours that may challenge.
