As a  Senior   Residential   Support Worker , you will provide high-quality care and support within a residential setting, acting as a mentor for junior staff and supporting children’s emotional and developmental needs. This role offers  salary range of £34,000 - £36,000  and benefits.   You will be responsible for:     Delivering a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for children and young people.  Leading shifts and supporting junior staff to follow best practice and organisational policies.  Assisting children with daily routines, including personal care, nutrition, and health appointments.
