Senior Residential Property Manager - Prime Central London

The OpportunityThey are seeking an experienced, proactive Senior Residential Property Manager to join their dedicated team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal role offers the chance to oversee a premium portfolio, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional client service. While this is primarily an office-based role, regular property visits and out-of-hours emergency responses are essential to ensure the highest standards of care and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the marketing and leasing of properties, working with agents and prospective tenants
Review and coordinate tenant referencing processes
Conduct regular inspections to maintain properties to the highest standards
Manage statutory compliance, safety regulations, and building requirements
Organize routine maintenance, cleaning, and repairs for managed blocks
Foster strong relationships with tenants, addressing any issues promptly
Oversee check-in/check-out procedures alongside inventory specialists
Manage end-of-tenancy processes, including scheduling works and deposit handling
Ensure all legal and compliance obligations are met
Prepare and monitor property budgets, financial reports, and expenditure
Oversee ongoing building management and tenancy renewals
Looking For
Minimum of 7 years'' experience in residential property management within Central London
Deep understanding of lettings, management processes, and compliance standards
Proven experience working with high-net-worth clients, delivering exceptional service
ARLA qualification or working towards it is highly desirable
Proficiency with property management software (experience with Arthur preferred but not essential)

What They Offer
Competitive salary between £45,000 and £55,000
Discretionary annual bonus based on performance
20 days holiday, increasing by one day each year of service up to 25 days
