Day-to-day of the role: Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers from instruction through to completion. Work within a supportive team environment where compliance is taken seriously. Engage with clients, providing them with legal support and a human touch during their transactions. Utilize cutting-edge technology to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction. Participate in training sessions, with additional support available from our main tech personnel in London. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years'' experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload independently. Proficiency in handling both freehold and leasehold transactions. Strong understanding of compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
