This role requires comprehensive knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures to ensure efficient and compliant delivery of services to clients. The post holder is responsible for advising clients on legal aspects of buying and selling residential properties, managing case files from inception to completion, and maintaining strong communication with all parties involved in the transaction.
