Role: Senior Residential Children''s Support WorkerContract: Permanent, Full TimeSalary: £37,472 - £39,706 (this includes sleep in allowance)Location: Kirkby StephenWhat we offer

Lead from the front as shift lead: mentor, coach, and inspire your team to bring their A-game.Be the problem-solver, the motivator, and the role model for the children in your care.Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to craft child-centric care plans.Get hands-on: support with homework, outdoor activities, and provide a steady presence for the children.What We’re Looking For

Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People’s Workforce.Experience: Worked with children in residential care or similar settings; able to navigate challenging behaviours.Passion: Energy, resilience, and a can-do attitude that inspires others.Please
