Senior Residential Children''s Support Worker

Purpose of the Role

To provide high-quality, child-centred care and support in a residential children''s home. The Senior Residential Support Worker will act as a role model, mentor to junior staff, and key worker to children in placement. The role includes shift leadership, safeguarding responsibilities, and active involvement in care planning and daily routines.
