Senior Residential Support WorkerLocation: Gainsborough, LincolnshireSalary: 15.50 per hourHours: Minimum 37.5 hours per week (full-time)Sleep-in Rate: 60 per sleep-in shiftAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team in a 2-bed residential home supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD).As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care, support, and guidance to young people, helping them develop independence, resilience, and positive life skills. You will act as a positive role model, lead shifts, support less experienced staff, and contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality care and support tailored to the individual needs of each young person.Lead shifts and ensure the smooth running of the home in the absence of management.Support young people with emotional, behavioural, and learning needs in line with their care plans.Build positive, trusting relationships with young people and promote positive outcomes.Complete and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.Administer medication in accordance with company policies and procedures.Support young people to engage in education, activities, appointments, and community involvement.Promote safeguarding, health and safety, and the welfare of all young people.Mentor and ..... full job details .....
