As a Lead Practitioner, you will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing and therapeutic home for children and young people. Alongside building positive relationships, you will provide leadership on shift, supporting colleagues to deliver high-quality care while ensuring children and young people experience stability, opportunity and a genuine sense of belonging. What you will do Lead and coordinate shifts, ensuring the smooth running of the service.Support colleagues to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care.Make confident decisions that promote the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.Develop and review assessments, care plans and risk assessments.Build positive, trusting relationships with children, young people and families.Create opportunities for fun, learning and meaningful experiences.Work collaboratively with professionals to achieve positive outcomes.Maintain accurate records and reports.
