Senior Residential Care Worker - Children''s Residential Home (EBD) Location: Leicester (LE6) Salary: 32,760 per annum + 45 per sleep-in OTE: 34,380- 34,920 per annum (including 3-4 sleep-ins per month) Full-Time Permanent We''re recruiting an experienced Senior Residential Care Worker to join a 2-bed Children''s Residential Home supporting young people aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Key Responsibilities Lead shifts and support the day-to-day running of the home. Deliver high-quality care and support to young people. Promote positive outcomes using trauma-informed practice. Complete care plans, risk assessments and daily records. Support and mentor Residential Care Workers. Work in line with safeguarding procedures and Children''s Homes Regulations. Requirements Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People''s Workforce (Essential). Previous experience in a Children''s Residential Home. Experience supporting young people with EBD.
