The home currently supports a mixed household of four girls and three boys, with two young people requiring 2:1 support. Key responsibilities Provide high-quality, person-centred care that promotes the health, welfare and development of young people. Lead shifts and take responsibility for the operation of the home when required. Act as keyworker for individual young people: contribute to care plans, reviews and transitions. Supervise, support and develop junior staff, including carrying out formal supervisions. Manage day-to-day household routines (cooking, shopping, appointments, activities) and support education participation.
