Senior Residential Care Worker

Company descriptionAffinity Children’s Services opened our first Ofsted Registered 3-person Children’s Home for young people aged between seven and eighteen with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties in December 2024. We have recently taken the home to full capacity and are increasing the size of our staff team to support our current home but also in preparation for the opening of our second home in close proximity in the near future.
Our first home, located on the fringes of Cannock Chase and set across three floors is decorated to a high standard; a homely and welcoming environment with two lounges, a conservatory and a large garden. Our second home a cosy little home tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, providing care for just two children is a little further away but still in close proximity of the park, skate park and within easy reach of Cannock Chase. We focus our care around children who have experienced adverse childhood experiences and early trauma and we work collaboratively with specialist therapeutic services who guide us in our approaches and provide ongoing support to the home and adults who work there.
We are currently seeking Senior Residential Care Workers to join our current team and to be a part of delivering the ethos within the home and shaping the lives of children on this new and exciting journey.
As a small organisation, we are keen to employ a team who wish to grow and develop with us as we open our third and fourth homes.
