Senior Residential AV Engineer

The Senior AV Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater London area. The successful candidate will install, commission and support audio-visual and control systems across high-end residential, hospitality and luxury commercial environments. The role requires strong experience within the AV and custom installation industry, with a sound working knowledge of residential AV, home cinema, home automation, multi-room AV, programmable lighting, foundation networking, CCTV, access control and integrated control systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include site surveys, cable management, equipment installation, system configuration, testing, commissioning, diagnostics, fault finding and final sign-off. The Senior AV Engineer will also provide ongoing technical support, ensure systems perform reliably, collaborate with project managers and subcontractors, and mentor junior team members. The successful candidate will uphold high standards of workmanship, health and safety, client care and professionalism while representing the business on client sites and in business meetings.
